Terms of Service

Effective date: August 23, 2026 · PureSynq LLC, Palm Coast, Florida

These Terms govern your use of PureSynq's software and services (the "Services"), provided by PureSynq LLC ("PureSynq", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.

1. The Services

PureSynq provides business software for pool service companies: scheduling and routes, chemical dosing guidance, service reports, billing and payments, customer portals and related features. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your workspace, including users you invite. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your company.

3. Subscription, trial and cancellation

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase on our website. Trials convert as disclosed when you start them. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation stops future billing and your data remains exportable. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

Your company owns the business data it enters into PureSynq. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data to provide the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the customer data you use with the Services.

5. Payments and third-party services

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; PureSynq is not a bank or money transmitter. Optional integrations (such as QuickBooks Online) are governed by the third party's terms. Processing fees are disclosed before you connect payments.

6. Dosing guidance

Chemical dosing suggestions are decision-support tools based on the readings and pool details your team enters. A qualified professional must review and remains responsible for all chemical applications, safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

7. Acceptable use

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PureSynq's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Services or other users, with notice where practicable. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@puresynqpro.com.
